All our products are custom print-on-demand, printed and fulfilled exclusively in the USA (via Printify USA Fulfillment) and shipped only to US addresses.

Our Promise ✅:

 We stand behind every order. If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll provide a free replacement or full refund — no restocking fees, no hassle.

 

What Qualifies for Return/Refund:

 You have a **30-day window** from the date of delivery for: - Misprinted, wrong size/color, or wrong item sent - Damaged in transit

***NOT eligible (final sale) ❌*** - Change of mind - Worn, washed, or altered items - Tags removed - All custom/personalized designs (unless defective or our error)

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT FOR DEFECTS OR OUR ERROR.**

How to Start a Return/Refund Request Email us @

📧 admin@pawpatriotprints.com with: - Your order number - Clear photos of the issue (showing defect/damage clearly) - A brief explanation

We’ll respond within 24 hours with: - A Return Authorization (RA) number - A prepaid USPS return label (you pay nothing for eligible returns) - The exact return address (Printify’s US facility — **do NOT ship to our UK office**)

 

Write the RA number on the package and drop it off at any USPS location.

 

Refund Process 💰:

Once we receive and inspect the item: within 5 business days - If approved, refund issued the same day - Refund goes back to your original payment method (original shipping fees are non-refundable) - Funds appear in your account within 3–10 business days

 

Replacements 🔄:

We’ll reprint and reship a new item for free (same or faster shipping) - No extra action needed from you — we handle everything

6. Shipping Issues - Delays: Not eligible for refund - Lost packages: We’ll reship or refund after carrier investigation (typically 7–14 days)

This policy applies to US customers only and complies with FTC guidelines. As a UK-registered company, we take full responsibility for every order.
