Thank you for choosing Pawpatriotprints! We’re committed to delivering your patriotic dog tees quickly and reliably. Please note that we currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping (including to the UK or elsewhere) is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time All orders are produced on demand through our trusted partner, Printify, using USA-based fulfilment facilities.

- Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) after payment confirmation and any custom design approval. - During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or high-volume periods, production may take longer. We’ll notify you via email if delays occur.

Shipping Methods and Delivery, Estimates We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on product, size, and location).

- **Standard Shipping** (most common): 3–7 business days after production. - **Expedited/Priority Shipping** (available at checkout where offered): 2–3 business days after production, for an additional fee.

Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 5–12 business days under normal conditions.

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Factors like weather, carrier issues, holidays, or high demand may cause delays. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination (within USA), and selected method.

- Standard shipping typically starts at around $5.99 for small/light items (e.g., single t-shirt) and may increase to $10–$15+ for bundles, heavier apparel, or larger products. - Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders (e.g., over $50), as promoted during checkout or special promotions. - All rates are in USD and include handling fees. No customs duties or import taxes apply, as all shipments are domestic within the USA.

Tracking & Order Updates - Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. - Track your package directly on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). - If you don’t receive a tracking update within 7 business days of placing your order, contact us at admin@pawpatriotprints.com for assistance.

Address Accuracy & Changes - Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. - Address changes cannot be made once production begins. If you notice an error early (before production starts), contact us immediately at admin@pawpatriotprints.com.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages - For lost, damaged, or missing packages, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and details. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate (which may include filing a claim) and may offer a replacement or refund. - For undeliverable packages (e.g., returned due to address issues), we may reship at the customer’s expense or issue a refund minus original shipping costs. - Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

Returns and Exchanges Shipping-related return questions are covered in our separate Returns Policy. Note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
