Terms of Service Effective: March 28, 2026

Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using PawPatriotPrints.com (the “Site”), placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place any orders.

PawPatriotPrints is a trading name of PawPatriotPrints Ltd, a limited company registered in Scotland (Company Number SC855749). Our registered office is Suite 2/3, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP, United Kingdom.

Our Business & Operations We are a UK-registered company operating an online print-on-demand store. All products are custom-made to order and fulfilled exclusively in the USA through Printify’s US-based facilities. We ship only to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not available.

Orders & Production All items are produced on demand after payment confirmation.

  • Typical production time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
  • Peak seasons may cause longer times — we will notify you by email.

Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or have addresses changed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including for suspected fraud or policy violations). If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund.

Pricing & Payment Prices are in USD. Shipping fees and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount. All charges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Full shipping details (including $4.99 standard rate and free shipping over $49.99), estimates, carriers, and handling of lost/damaged packages are in our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or customer address errors.

Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference. In summary, we accept returns within 30 days only for manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or our error. Custom and personalized items are generally final sale.

Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, logos, and content on the Site and products are owned by us or properly licensed. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use them without our written permission. By submitting any design, you confirm you have the legal right to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We do not accept or print infringing material.

Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with, hack, or disrupt the site or our services
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc) without permission.

Limitation of Liability The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties except those expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for carrier-related issues beyond our stated investigation process.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. However, nothing in these Terms shall limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or US federal/state law (where applicable to US customers). Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, to the extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to bring proceedings in any other competent court.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
