Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the PawPatriotPrints website (the "Site"), placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and anyone interacting with our Site or Services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place any orders.

PawPatriotPrints is a trading name of PawPatriotPrints Ltd, a company registered in Scotland with Company Number SC855749. Registered Office: Suite 2/3, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP, United Kingdom.

Company Information & Operations We are a UK-registered limited company operating an online print-on-demand store. All products are custom-made to order and fulfilled exclusively in the USA through our partner, Printify (with USA-based production facilities). We currently ship only to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not available.

Orders & Production All items are custom-printed on demand after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

- Production typically takes 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays), depending on product, design complexity, and demand. - Production times may be longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or high-volume periods. - Once production begins, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or changed (including address updates). - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, or policy violations). If payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in USD and exclude shipping fees and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

- We accept payments through Shopify Payments and other supported methods. - By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount (including shipping and taxes). - All charges are final at the time of purchase, subject to our Returns Policy.

Shipping All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the USA to US addresses only.

- Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar (depending on product and location). - Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after production for standard shipping; 2–5 business days for expedited (where available, at extra cost). - Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–17 business days under normal conditions. - Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, address errors, or other factors beyond our control. - Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. - For full details, see our separate Shipping Policy (incorporated by reference).

Returns & Refunds Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy (incorporated by reference).

- Summary: We accept returns within 30 days for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. Custom/personalized products are non-returnable unless faulty. - Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error. - Refunds (if approved) exclude original shipping fees.

Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, logos, and content on our Site and products are owned by PawPatriotPrints or licensed to us.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our designs or products without written permission. - We do not print or accept content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. By submitting designs, you warrant that you own or have rights to use them.

Prohibited Use You agree not to: - Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. - Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information (including during checkout). - Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or our services. - Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) without permission.

Limitation of Liability Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as explicitly stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or services. - Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected order. - We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost/damaged packages (beyond our investigation process), or issues caused by customer-provided information.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

- Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms (including non-contractual claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland. - We comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines where relevant for our US customers.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date and will apply to all orders placed after that date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.
