All products are custom print-on-demand and fulfilled exclusively in the USA via Printify. We ship only to US addresses.
Our Promise:
We stand behind every order. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
What Qualifies for a Full Refund or Free Replacement:
- Manufacturing defects, misprints, or damage in transit
- Incorrect item received
- Item not as described
- Change of mind (unworn, unwashed, tags intact, within 30 days)
What Does NOT Qualify:
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items with tags removed
- Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
How to Request a Return: Email support@pawpatriotprints.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We reply within 24 business hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid USPS return label. Return to Printify's US facility only.
Refund Process:
After inspection within 5 business days, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Replacements:
We reprint and reship at no extra cost for defective or incorrect items.
Shipping Issues:
Lost packages are investigated with the carrier (7–14 days) before we reship or refund. Delays alone are not eligible for refund.
